Said to have originated from inefficiency radicals in the US, this infernal device has been known to stop traffic, cause consternation, and evokes feelings of caution when yellow. This structure can be found in Canary Wharf, London, and bound to confuse intoxicated passer-by's. Hell, it confuses anybody passing back.
