A frat bo(y)mb favorite. Made from a mini-keg of Coors beer, duct tape, and a failed senior project.

Infrastructural Inefficiency Device

Said to have originated from inefficiency radicals in the US, this infernal device has been known to stop traffic, cause consternation, and evokes feelings of caution when yellow. If you spot one, do not approach, but instead turn around and head the other way. Your fellow motorists should follow suit.

Baby

Deceptively pleasant in appearance, this Hoax Device is highly portable and can draw admiration from unsuspecting old ladies and antiseptic kisses from politicians. It is the ideal vector for terror.

Blending into any decor, this tricky sleeper can wait and wait before ravaging its surrounding. Please attack with preferred device, machete or herbicide are nonetheless recommended.

Tandoori Chicken

This appetizing dish has fooled many of us in the past. When taken "to go" be careful to check in the folds of the abundant tin-foil. Therein may lay the end of your happy house and home. "To go" indeed.

Perplexing

While not many of us fall for this sort of thing anymore, here at Hoax Devices we thought it was important to underscore even the most time-honored (and thus well known) of Hoaxes: Perplexing "Art." Pictured here is a perfect example of a piece one of our teams found in the home of an unsuspecting citizen. Thinking it a wry commentary on the impertinence of time, our uninformed collector neglected to notice the obvious clock on the top, ticking down perhaps to our certain doom. After we smashed it we cut the red wire. ALWAYS CUT THE RED WIRE.

The Horseless Carriage

Initially touted as a cleaner (no mess on the streets), faster and more reliable mode of transportation, this Hoax Device is perhaps the most successful of all time. Responsible for countless deaths in times of war, and peace! A magnificent killing machine, it moves with relative impunity on every continent. Current intelligence suggests attempting to destroy any you see, on sight. Ask questions later.
